We’re More Than Just Coworkers

We’re Family

We’re intentionally invested in each and every HCC team member. We encourage communication and camaraderie, and we host a variety of activities to make this possible.

We kick off each year with our annual Safety Day where all office and field staff from each division joins us at headquarters to participate in hands-on safety training and education. In addition, we host a variety of employee appreciation luncheons, team building excursions, and our annual Christmas party, which all team members are invited to attend and celebrate.

Across our divisions we’ve gained the opportunity to participate in various associate activities like the annual Construction Ready (formerly CEFGA) kickball tournament, golf tournaments and other events hosted by both the AGC and VCC,  and more!
