  • Exposed Structural Steel Ceilings

Painting exposed structural steel can be a challenge. We use dry fall of all solvent types to ensure that the steel is properly coated to prevent corrosion. Prepping the surface is of the utmost importance to ensure that the coating properly adheres to the surface. In some cases it can be as simple as a wire brush, others may need to be sandblasted. We will perform an inspection and follow all recommendations to make sure that your project is handled the right way.
  • Rusted Steel Prep

Rusted steel like this can be a trouble spot for any industrial repaint project. Proper preparation is the key. We make sure to scrape, sand, or even sandblast all painted surfaces to ensure that the topcoat has a sound surface to adhere to. Along with adhesion issues, this rust will stain and bleed through most coatings if there isn't a proper primer applied. Give us a call so we can inspect your project and let you know where we see these types of issues, it could save you time and money during your next repaint.
  • Tank Coatings

We understand the containment, protection, and scheduling needs when it comes to re-coating holding tanks. Epoxy systems should be used to prevent corrosion if at all possible. Partnering with our coatings suppliers, we offer specification writing services to our customers to ensure that you get the proper life and durability from your next coating project.
  • Media Blasting

Media Blasting of a surface can offer the most efficient and complete method of removing corrosion, flaking rust, and previous coatings. We offer sand, soda, and bead blasting as a service to our customers. This is a special type of project and proper care should be taken when protecting the surrounding environment. Give us a call so we can talk more about your next project.
  • Re-Fresh Painting

Harrison Contracting has participated in many retailers' "refresh" programs for their retail locations. This service is handled with the utmost concern for your staff and your customers. We make sure to schedule our projects during "off-peak" periods to minimize the impact that it will have on your location's sales, customer safety, and your employees
  • Re-Branding / Roll-outs

A Re-Branding is a huge undertaking for any retailer. We help to make that process easier by working with your project team to ensure that expectations you have are met or exceeded.  We strive to provide the highest level of communication and workmanship in the industry. Take a moment to speak to one of our representatives to learn more about this service.
  • Color Imaging

Color Imaging is a complimentary service that Harrison Contracting provides for our customers.  This helps them visualize what a new color scheme or graphics package will look like on their existing buildings without applying the first drop of paint. Façade signage like this sends the wrong signal to your prospective tenants and their customers. A fresh repair and paint of this façade would bring this property's value and appearance up to the level that today's high demand tenants prefer. Contact us today for information about Color Imaging, a service that can show you the finished product, without the first drop of paint.
  • Anti-Graffiti Coatings

Graffiti is an instant blemish on your building that doesn't really ever go away. As in this picture, the painting over method usually just leaves an ugly, miss matched wall, begging the vandals to return and "tag" it again. Harrison Contracting is one of the only certified applicators of the American Polymer "Graffiti Solutions" Anti-Graffiti coating system. Contact us today to learn more about this great service!
  • Exterior Painting

Special care is taken to ensure that the surface is in the right condition to receive the final coat of paint. Preparation of the surface is just as important as the quality of the finish coat. Pressure washing, caulking, patching, and proper primers are all necessary parts of a proper exterior repaint. Always ask just what prep steps will be taken before deciding on your next contractor.
  • Deck Staining

A fresh coat of stain will make nearly any deck look brand new. After a proper cleaning, two coats of stain can be applied and add a great look to the front or back of your home, protecting your deck or porch for many years to come. Be sure to ask about semi transparent and solid color stains.
  • Interior Repaint

An interior repaint is the easiest way to change the look and feel of the interior of your home. When choosing a painting contractor, be sure that they take the care to protect your furnishings and valuables while they paint your home. We take care to use plastic and drop cloths to protect your flooring and furniture while working in your home.
