Bill Harrison

Bill Harrison
President

Bill is a native of Georgia having lived in the Villa Rica/Douglasville area most of his life.  He began his career as a painter's helper working in the same field as his father, Deryl Harrison, who started his commercial painting company in 1978.  As Bill's career progressed, he took positions as a Job Foreman and later as a Superintendent over field operations.  For the last 13 years, Bill has served as President of Harrison Contracting Company, which he co-founded with his father in 1995.  Bill is an engaged company leader who prides himself on being a hands-on manager to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Calvin Pate

Calvin Pate
Executive Vice President

Starting as an estimator, advancing to Project Manager and Operations Manager, Calvin became Vice President in 2000. His well rounded understanding of the business helps keep Harrison Contracting moving forward. Calvin currently serves on the AGC Board of Directors, CEFGA Board of Directors, and is ex-officio Chairman of the AGC Young Leadership Program.

Rob Stephenson

Rob Stephenson
Vice President

Rob has 23 years construction experience including 15 years as a manager of both sales and operations with The Sherwin Williams Company. He has been a part of the Harrison Contracting team since 2001. Rob oversees our facility maintenance and industrial painting and handles key accounts such as Lowe's, Home Depot, Publix, and Auto Zone.

Emily Bach

Emily Bach
Project Assistant

Emily joined Harrison Contracting in March of 2011. She has a background in home and roadway construction, as well as over 15 years experience in Accounting. As a Project Assistant, her responsibilities include coordinating with Project Managers, Subcontractors, and other Key Personnel to complete and bill projects in a timely manner. Emily graduated from SLU with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and looks forward to using her prior experience to help facilitate the growth of Harrison Contracting.

Cassandre Barnes

Cassandre Barnes
Project Assistant-Destin

Cassandre joined Harrison Contracting in November of 2011. She brings with her eight years of experience in the construction field working for a lumber supply company. Her previous roles included being an office manager, purchaser, and dealings with vendors and inventory procurement. She is originally from Minnesota but now resides in Niceville with her husband Charlie who is active duty military stationed at Eglin AFB.

Terry Brookins

Terry Brookins
Superintendent-Destin

Terry has been with Harrison Contracting since February 2011. He started as a job site superintendant and has been since progressed to General Superintendant for the Destin office. He comes to Harrison with twenty years experience in commercial general contracting. Ten years of that has been spent on large projects such as the Village at Baytown Wharf in Sandestin, The Presidio Landmark, the Disney Museum, and the San Francisco Passport Office, all in San Francisco. His years of general construction experience bring a welcome insight into the total jobsite perspective. Terry is a Niceville resident living with his wife Michelle and their one year old little girl, Riley.

Clay Byrd

Clay Byrd
Superintendent

Clay has over 15 years in the contstruction industry, including five years in management with an electrical supply company and five years in cabinetry and fabrication.  He joined Harrison in May of 2010 as a carpentry foreman and has quickly progressed to Field Superintendent over Facility Maintenance and Carpentry.  Clay attended two years at Independent Electrical Contractors and is an integral part of the continued growth of our Facility Maintenance Division.

Mike joined the Harrison Contracting team in April of 2006. He is a Project Manager over carpentry and facility maintenance.  Mike's strong work ethic and leadership skills make him an asset to our team.

John Damiani

John comes to Harrison with 20 years sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining our Destin office, John worked as the Regional Sales Manager for one of the world's largest financial institutions. Promoted several times over his 10 year tenure, John brings with him an ability to build relationships, open new markets, create lasting partnerships and the motivation to continue growing our Destin office.

Terri joined Harrison in December 2010 as a Project Assistant in our Villa Rica office.  With five years Project Coordination in the flooring industry and eight years in Human Resources, Payroll and Accounting.  Terri has a diverse understanding of the administrative support needs.

Project Assistant

Shayne assists Steve Lampasona in our Tampa office.  She has over 10 years experience in residential construction which includes design and assistant superintendant positions. She has a strong commitment to customer service and feels that the first priority of every job should be the customer's satisfaction. She is a Florida native and a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.   She also has a background in insurance and is a licensed insurance adjuster.

Tommy has been with Harrison Contracting since 1997. He brings 35 years of painting and management experience to his position. Tommy is responsible for scheduling and quality control of our Lowe's account.  He has developed a quality standard in his approach to maintenance that will insure the best job possible.

Scott Henslee

Scott Henslee
Safety and Quality Assurance

Scott joined Harrison Contracting in 2002 with 15 years of painting and carpentry experience. Scott began his tenure as Foreman in the painting division, advanced to Superintendent in 2003, and in the spring of 2004, Scott was promoted to General Superintendent over the carpentry division, and most recently to Safety and Quality Assurance. Scott's attention to detail and safety training has led to a constant improvement in our quality standards and safety practices.

John joined our accounting staff in December of 2007. He has an impressive educational background which includes a Bachelors degree from Kennesaw State University and a Masters degree from West Georgia University. John brings over 20 years of experience from his manufacturing and distribution accounting background. His knowledge and talents have already proven him to be a valuable asset to our accounting team. This Douglas County native has been with Harrison Contracting since 2002.  Regina brings 15 years of management experience.   Regina is the project assistant and account representative for Publix and Auto Zone.  In addition, equipment rental, wireless communications and safety administration are only a few of the responsibilities that add excitement to her day to day operations.

Krystle Wilson came to Harrison Contracting in July 2011 and is currently working on her Business Administration Degree. Krystle brings with her seven years of experience in an office environment, as well as her ability to be organized and efficient. Project Manager

Rhonda joined Harrison Contracting in 2008 as an Estimator.  She has recently moved into the position of Project Manager for several of our Facility Maintenance accounts such as: Publix, Office Depot, and Academy Sports.   Rhonda has over 35 years experience in the construction industry and has worked as a Project Manager with several General Contractors and Paint Contractors in the Atlanta Area. She has a degree from Auburn University from the school of Architecture in Interior Design.
